Our Drum Dried Flakes are produced from locally grown varieties of banana, mango, pineapple and other fruit. They are prepared from carefully selected, naturally ripened fruit. The fruit is first washed, peeled manually, macerated, homogenized and pasteurized. Then it is processed into an aseptic puree and drum dried. The result is a 100% natural product without any additives or preservatives.
