Dried Banana products (Musa Sapientum, Cavendish and Lacatan varieties) are produced from carefully selected, naturally ripened fruit (Vanlooseke scale, grade 7). The fruit is washed, manually peeled and placed on trays. Next, it is dehydrated in a modern batch-type tunnel drier with a flow of hot air at temperatures between 70 to 80 degrees Celsius.

. Products with or without preservatives (depending on customer’s preference).

. Average storage life under normal conditions of temperature and humidity and in its original packaging : up to 18 months.
